RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Refunds and Returns Policy:

All digital products purchased from CEO DRIVEHER Ltd. Co. are non-refundable and non-returnable. Due to the nature of delivery and the concept of digital products, we cannot accept any returns or provide any refunds for any digital products sold on our website. This policy applies to all our digital products, with no exceptions.

We take pride in our digital products and strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products. However, if you experience any technical issues with your digital product, we will be happy to assist you in resolving any issues. RETURNS FOR FREE OFFERS

Regarding anything offered "for free," there are no refunds for postage paid or returns for merchandise or services that fall under this category. 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at kimberly@ceodriveher.shop to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from receiving your item to process your return.  Refunds may take 1­2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your company.
