Return & Refund Policy

Welcome to CEO DRIVEHER Ltd. Co. This Return & Refund Policy outlines your rights and our responsibilities when it comes to orders, appointments, downloads, or digital purchases. By checking out through any of our platforms (Wix, Calendly, Linktree, SamCart, Printful, Printify, etc.), you agree to this policy in full.

1. Digital Products (Ebooks, Templates, Classes, etc.)

All digital downloads—including PDFs, checklists, courses, eBooks, webinars, replays, templates, workbooks, and other files—are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Because access to digital materials is immediate and irreversible, no refunds will be issued for:

  • Accidental purchases

  • Missed downloads

  • Device incompatibility

  • Buyer remorse

  • “I didn’t use it yet” or “I haven’t opened it” requests

 

No exceptions. Please purchase intentionally and contact us if you have questions before checkout.

If you encounter a technical issue, email kimberly@ceodriveher.shop and we will do our best to resolve the problem.

2. Consultations, Coaching, and 1:1 Strategy Sessions

All coaching, business consults, and private strategy sessions are final sale. These services involve personalized time, energy, and preparation and therefore cannot be refunded.

Important notes:

  • Appointments must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • No-shows or late cancellations will not be refunded or rescheduled.

  • If your Zoom connection fails, we’ll offer one courtesy reschedule at our discretion.

 

Session fees include both your pre-call planning and post-call deliverables, which are custom-created for each client. Therefore, once payment is submitted, no refunds will be granted under any circumstances.

 

3. Webinars, Live Trainings & Masterclasses (Zoom Events)

When you purchase a seat for a webinar, training, or class, you are holding space in a limited-capacity event. As such:

  • All registrations are final sale.

  • If you miss the live session, replays may be provided, but are not guaranteed unless stated.

  • Your purchase covers access to the class, not results or outcomes. Learning is your responsibility.

 

Class links will be emailed in advance. If you do not receive yours, please check spam folders or contact us at least 2 hours before class time.

 

4. Print-on-Demand Products (Printful, Printify, Gelato)

Print-on-demand (POD) items are created just for you and shipped by our third-party production partners.

Because these items are made-to-order, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless:

  • You receive a product with manufacturing defects

  • The item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect

 

If your item arrives damaged, email kimberly@ceodriveher.shop within 5 business days with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the problem

  • A clear photo of the issue

 

If approved, we will initiate a replacement at no cost. No refunds will be issued for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Color changes

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Postal delays outside our control

 

5. Handmade, Custom & Physical Items (Flashcards, Journals, Kits)

Items handmade or shipped by CEO DRIVEHER Ltd. Co. (like laminated cards, journals, kits, and planners) follow this policy:

  • You may request a return within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition

  • Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility

  • A Return Authorization Number (RMA) is required before mailing anything back

 

Non-returnable items include:

  • Custom/personalized goods

  • Used or opened laminated items

  • Final sale or clearance items

 

Refunds (if approved) will be issued to your original form of payment after inspection. Please allow 10–30 business days for processing.

 

6. Free Offers & Promotional Items

Products or services marked as “free,” “bonus,” or part of a giveaway are not eligible for refunds, returns, or replacements—even if shipping was paid.

 

7. Multi-Platform Checkout (Wix, Calendly, SamCart, Linktree)

CEO DRIVEHER Ltd. Co. uses multiple checkout platforms. Whether you purchase through:

  • Wix

  • Calendly

  • SamCart

  • Linktree

  • Zoom registration pages

  • Printful / Printify / Gelato

…your order is subject to this policy.

Please keep a copy of your confirmation email or receipt for your records. We do not process refunds for "I forgot I signed up" or "I didn’t recognize the charge" claims.

 

8. Jurisdiction & Enforcement

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, U.S., and enforced through the courts of Fulton County. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time without notice. Disputes may be subject to arbitration or small claims court at our discretion.
