You’ll also receive a short recap after each meeting, so you’re never unsure of what’s next. Recordings are provided for reference and available for 30 days after each call. You have 90 days to complete all 10 sessions. That means we move with intention. You stay in rhythm. And results stay within reach. Cancellation Policy
10x10 Business Consulting Policy Effective for all purchases of the 10x10 Business Consulting Package by CEO Driveher Ltd Co Payment & Refund Policy This is a digital consulting service and is non-refundable under any circumstances. The full payment of $1287 is required upfront to secure your session series. No payment plans, no partial access, no exceptions. Scheduling & Session Usage Session Limit: The 10 sessions must be used within 10 calendar days from the date of your first meeting. Grace Period: A 14-day grace period is allowed at the end of the 180 days to accommodate limited rescheduling needs. Session Length: Each consulting session is 45 minutes. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will not extend the session. First Session: You will be booked manually by CEO Driveher for your initial session. Follow-Up Sessions: All subsequent sessions must be self-scheduled via Calendly, using the provided link. Cancellations & Rescheduling Each client is allowed one (1) reschedule within the 180-day window. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be made via the Calendly system. Missed sessions with no communication prior to the scheduled time will be forfeited. Replay Access & Deliverables Zoom Replays: Each session will be recorded. Replays are available for 30 days after each session. Recaps: You will receive a brief summary of your action steps within 24–48 business hours of your session. Long-term Access: Replays are not archived beyond 30 days. Clients are encouraged to download or review replays promptly. Professional Expectations Conduct: All sessions are expected to remain professional, solution-focused, and related to your business growth. Behavior: Any disrespectful, inappropriate, or hostile conduct will result in immediate termination of the package without refund. Scope of Consulting CEO Driveher provides strategic consulting—not coaching, therapy, or execution. You are responsible for implementing all recommendations. This package does not include unlimited communication, implementation work, or direct messaging outside of the sessions. Non-transferable: The package is exclusive to the original purchaser and may not be shared, split, or reassigned. Package Limitations This offer is valid for one-time purchase only per client. It is not stackable, transferable, or renewable by default. Re-enrollment is possible but by invitation only, based on space, fit, and proven commitment to implementation.
