For $1500, The CEO Season Ticket grants you unlimited registration for all LIVE, instructor-led sessions hosted directly by Kimberly Bradley on www.ceodriveher.com. You’ll receive a private access code — tied to your name and email — that unlocks your seat every time. All year long. WHAT’S INCLUDED: Unlimited LIVE class access through 2026 forever replay access (downloadable files) Manual class registration using your unique code Early and ongoing access — no waitlists, no guesswork Access to content hosted directly by CEO DriveHer only Every session you attend live is yours to revisit forever. You choose the classes that fit your strategy — no cap, but misuse is monitored. Only register for what you will attend. NOT INCLUDED: Study Halls, coaching offers, on-demand or pre-recorded sessions Replays of sessions you did not attend Any use of coupons, loyalty points, referral discounts Products, intensives, or physical/digital goods PAYMENT OPTIONS: $1500 Paid in Full $800 Deposit + $700 Balance due within 190 days (balance = no access after the 190 days). Missed sessions without cancellation may result in warning or booking limits. Code sharing or misuse results in revocation without refund. Cancellation Policy

By purchasing “The CEO Season Ticket” (the “Pass”), you agree to the following terms, policies, and conditions established by CEO DriveHer LTD CO. This Pass grants qualified buyers access to live virtual classes hosted by Kimberly Bradley in 2026. Please review these terms carefully before purchase. All sales are final. 1. Scope of Access This Pass includes: Unlimited registration to live, instructor-led classes hosted by CEO DriveHer on www.ceodriveher.com during the 2026 calendar year. A unique, non-transferable registration code tied to your full name and email address. 90-day replay access for each live session you attend. This Pass does not include: Study Halls, coaching packages, replays of missed sessions, pre-recorded trainings, digital or physical products, intensives, or bundles. Any use of coupons, loyalty points, referral rewards, or additional discounts. 2. Registration Process Students must manually register for each class using their assigned access code. Entry into a session is only granted through the proper registration process. Code usage is restricted to the original buyer’s email and name. Misuse or sharing of codes will result in immediate access revocation. 3. Payment Terms Two payment options are available: $500 in full at the time of purchase. OR $250 down payment with the remaining $250 due within 90 calendar days. Failure to pay the remaining balance within 90 days will result in the immediate deactivation of your access code. No exceptions. A one-time 5-day grace period may be extended at the sole discretion of CEO DriveHer. Down payments are non-refundable after 14 days from purchase. No refunds are issued once access code has been delivered and/or used. 4. Attendance & Usage Policy You are encouraged to register only for classes you intend to attend. Excessive no-shows or misuse of the access code may lead to booking limitations or suspension. Students are expected to register before the class closes; late or missed registrations are not guaranteed access. 5. Code Security Your access code is tied to your account and cannot be shared or transferred. If your code is used fraudulently or without authorization, notify us immediately. Abuse of the access system (e.g., code sharing, registering others) may result in a permanent ban from CEO DriveHer programming with no refund. 6.
