Cancellation Policy
Effective for all purchases through CEO Driveher Ltd Co Payment & Refund Policy The Accountability Container is a digital consulting service and is non-refundable under any circumstances. Full payment of $2,500 (and/or invoice split in two) is required to secure participation. Payment plans, partial access, pauses, or exceptions are not offered. Program Structure This is a 90-day accountability container consisting of 12 structured sessions, held once per week. Session Length: 45 minutes Starter Session: One (1) 60-minute orientation session (FREE BONUS) Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals do not extend sessions. Scheduling All sessions are scheduled by the client via Calendly using the provided link. All sessions are held via Zoom. Clients are responsible for scheduling and managing their session times. Cancellations & Rescheduling Each client is permitted one (1) reschedule during the 90-day container. Reschedules must be completed via Calendly and are subject to availability. Missed sessions without prior notice are forfeited. Sessions do not roll over beyond the 90-day period. Recordings & Session Deliverables Zoom sessions are recorded however replays of the sessions are NOT provided to client, they're recorded for reports, notes, and assignments that will be provided by coach. To support engagement and accountability, clients will receive a written session review and action breakdown within 24–48 business hours of each session. Clients are expected to be fully present during sessions. Note-taking is not required. Professional Expectations All sessions are direct, structured, and outcome-focused. Disrespectful, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate termination of the container without refund. Scope of Service This is accountability consulting, not therapy, coaching, or done-for-you services. Implementation, execution, and follow-through are the sole responsibility of the client. There is no messaging, support, or communication outside scheduled sessions. Transferability & Re-enrollment This container is non-transferable and may not be shared or reassigned. Re-enrollment is possible by invitation only, based on availability, fit, and demonstrated commitment. Coupons, Loyalty Points, nor any other discounts will be applied to this service.
